The rooms with a king size bed and a new bathroom and heating
Really helpful staff in efforts to accommodate. Great food at the in-house restaurant. Early check-in, parking outside. Free parking, shuttle to airport. Rewritten Review: I really liked the rooms with a king size bed, new bathroom, and heating, along with the amazing staff who were really helpful in accommodating my needs. The food at the in-house restaurant was also great. It was convenient to have early check-in and parking available outside, as well as free parking and a shuttle service to the airport.

I really enjoyed efficient and really excellent employees!
All in all everything was really good, had an easy check-out at 10 am. Regarding service, it was exceptional with a shuttle to the airport. An in-house restaurant was good for dinner.

Magnificent setting, it's adjacent to the train line, all other areas, and shops whatever. The room is well priced. The breakfasts are were included in the rate and available with toast and beans, as example.

The stay even for 1 night certainly was excellent value for money. the staff was very welcoming. the room was upgraded. Truly enjoyed the room with a balcony. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel was just off public transport passes at the reception, which was truly a treat. Easy to get to tram stops and nearby St Kilda. The staff was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could ask for. We were very pleased with their attentiveness.
The floor layout is a bit confusing. The hot/cold water control is very erratic.

Close to Fitzory Street
The room did not look or feel like the pictures on the website. Felt outdated, room was extremely cold. Bedding was average and had no warmth to it. We even used 3 blankets from the cupboard and still wasn't warm enough. We arrange a late check out the night we checked in however were disturbed in the morning by staff as they weren't aware of our late check out time.

Great location. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful at check in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room 102 was on the first floor a large room with a warm comfy queen bed and a two seater couch a desk and a flat screen TV. We had a good nights sleep after walking down the road to the local. Pub for a nice meal. The shower was over the bath which I found to be a little awkward with my Bing knee but I'm sure if we had said something they would have given us something else. The room was clean and fairly modern. The free wifi and car park was handy and it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.!i was very happy with the Crest and we have booked in again next week.
The split system heater air conditioner was a little noisy and the car park a bit hard to manoeuvre around but they said they would get someone to look at the heater.
